  When eating at KFC in Knoxville, Iowa one of the first things that struck me as I entered was the sign boasting free WIFI. When eating alone I will often put in a set of earbuds and watch a little Youtube. Guess what, KFC blocks all sites with video. I have no idea what they are thinking, either you offer wifi or don't but this halfway stuff put me off. Since I had nothing to watch I looked at the award wall there. Most all awards the store has received are at least ten years old. That tells me 1.KFC no longer gives awards or 2. this stores best days are so far behind it they don't care any more. The service and food were adequate but not outstanding. The decor is as dated as the awards on the wall and they have done away with the chicken/taco combination from the menu. The point of going is to mix the chicken and mexican and now you have to do it ala carte. I hope they wake up and bring back the glory days of the early 2000's as I truly miss my favorite chicken.

  I must say, I got a call from the store manager apologizing for the service, so we went and ate their today 4/22, and the service was much better our server Brandon was very pleasant and made sure we were very satisfied.

  A 1 year old had more teeth than the whole staff combined. Besides that, the cashiers are very aloof and don't know how to run the register. They also do no know how to listen. I had to tell the cashier 6 times what I wanted before she could comprehend what I ordered. The atmosphere is very grubby. Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant in Knoxville.

  Knoxvilles kfc forgot three items of mine, although they did refund me .They forget items frequently, the place is not very clean.
