  The service here is hit or miss. When they're good they're great but when they're bad it makes you never want to go back again. Not to mention they have a Manager whom I'm sure she is a big part of the problem! Hard to get good customer service with leadership like that.

  The food is quite cheep with amazing quality. The only complaint I've noticed is that some of the employees are very grumpy and sometimes rude. Most of them have monotoned voices and can be sassy if they have to repeat themselves. Don't get me wrong there is at least two employees that I respect and are always in a great mood but the rest seem to be always angry so to speak.

  Asked for 2 big breakfast and only got 1 egg instead of 2 that the girl put on receipt to sub because they were out of scrambled. Why would you need to do that if it's the only eggs you have unless you then would just leave them off? We wanted pancakes but didn't realize you now have to say "with pancakes" and the girl just said sorry and shut the window without offering to add them to my order. Last time we were in they messed up the food, asked for extra onion and no pickle on my mcrib; so the wonderful people gave me extra pickle, no onion. They get 3 stars only because they are fast and half the time the food is hit and prepared correctly. To be fair, I've only been to this location about 6 times but had problems at least 4 times.
